Our Mandate

YES Assets Development Ltd. carries out the Group’s building development activity. The company is responsible for residential and commercial developments — including completed 10-storey and 7-storey buildings, current 12-storey and 7-storey projects, and upcoming developments — together with apartment, unit and plot sales.

Core Activities

Multi-storey residential and commercial building development. Active execution of the Group’s three ongoing projects. Apartment and unit sales, with booking and installment structures. Plot and property sales within the Group’s developments. Project design and execution, subject to final approvals. Handover and possession processes for completed developments.

Development Portfolio Summary

Five multi-storey building projects are complete — three 10-storey and two 7-storey. Three further projects are currently under execution, and the Group maintains a pipeline of upcoming developments.
